My name is Dianneris, I was born and raised in Ecuador, and I'm currently based in the Netherlands.
I am a design engineer with a strong academic foundation and a clear affinity for research and development. Whether approaching a challenge from a primary research perspective or through design, I rely on in-depth understanding to achieve technical precision and aesthetic awareness that contribute meaningfully to human and ecological well-being.
I am particularly drawn to engineering fields that directly address human and environmental needs, and therefore benefit from a human- and environment-centered approach. My work has primarily engaged with the healthcare and well-being sector, as well as manufacturing. However, through projects across diverse industries, I have found equal fulfillment in applying rigorous understanding, technical precision, and aesthetic sensitivity to a wide range of engineering contexts.
Ultimately, I see myself as a sensitive engineer, genuinely committed to the understanding and development of designed technologies. To support this stance, I have also deliberately cultivated knowledge and skills in emergent technology design, philosophy, research methodologies, andtechnical scientific research.
